Happy 2015 to All

I hope everyone enjoyed the Holidays and got what they wished for. I asked for a house at the beach, AGAIN. Mom said something about winning the lottery first but I don’t get the connection.
Anyway, now that the loud singing of Auld Lang Syne has finally ceased in our house, I can get back to writing down my New Year’s Resolutions for 2015.
Everyone talks about cutting down on the amount they eat but I actually resolved to try to eat more. I tricked dad once by telling him that the measuring cup for my food was 1 cup when it was a 2 cup measuring device. Oh well, in the immortal words of George W., “Fool me once, shame on- shame on you. Fool me – you can’t get fooled again.” I think I got that. Better not try that trick again.

I am contemplating that remark but my head is hurting.

I am also resolving to play with friends more, albeit at the Cary Dog Park or my friends at Town and Country or at Suzie’s of Superior Dog Training. I’m a Carpe Diem type of gal.
And I resolve to bake my own treats- those yummy whipped graham crackers and sardines baked to perfection. You can just imagine how good the house smells while that process is going on.
Wishing everyone the best for 2015 (Even if it is sardine snacks).

I take my Holiday baking very seriously.
